Paapi, Asia’s first coffee absinthe
Everyone has a Paapi side.
The drink
Dark, aromatic and mischievously different.
Paapi opens with roasted coffee, followed by layers of anise, fennel and botanicals, finishing warm, bittersweet and lingering.
Familiar enough to drink easily — different enough to make you wonder, “What exactly am I drinking?”

The character
There’s a Paapi in all of us.
In the city’s underbelly, a legend prowls — a four-eyed cat named Paapi, born to see the world with both clarity and indulgence. With two eyes open to truth and two to temptation, Paapi embodies the duality of wit and sin.
This isn’t just a drink; it’s a ritual for those who embrace life’s beautiful flaws and dark allure. Raise a glass, and join Paapi in the shadows — where the world’s true colours come alive.
Because two eyes simply aren’t enough to witness all the sins.
He is watching your cursor.

The coffee
Good coffee is for saints. Paapi is for sinners.

The tasting
Twice, and it tastes twice.
Neat, then louched — water added until it clouds. The same bottle gives two different drinks.
