The Blend
Rooted in La'Ananta, India's pioneering absinthe, and infused with Chikmagalur Arabica coffee, Paapi brings together two remarkable craft traditions. One contributes centuries of botanical heritage, the other India's rich coffee legacy. Together, they create a spirit that is layered, aromatic, and deeply expressive of modern Indian craftsmanship.

We harvest single-origin Arabica from high-altitude Indian estates of chikmalglur chosen for their chocolatey undertones that mirror the complexity of wormwood.
Infuse
The beans undergo a slow cold-infusion process, allowing the delicate volatile oils to merge with our secret blend of botanicals over forty-eight hours.
Distill
Finally, we distill the liquid through traditional small-batch methods, capturing the rebellious spirit of Asia’s first coffee absinthe fusion.
